2. Services
We supply bulk packaged ice (cubes, crushed ice, block ice) to business clients in Poland. Services are available exclusively to registered businesses and hospitality operators. We do not sell to private individuals through this platform.
3. Ordering
Orders are placed by telephone or email. An order is confirmed when you receive verbal or written confirmation from our dispatch team. We reserve the right to decline an order at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices shown on the website are indicative and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of ordering. Payment is accepted by bank transfer (invoice, 7-day terms for registered clients) or cash on delivery.
We do not operate an online checkout or accept card payments through this website.
5. Delivery
Delivery windows are agreed at the time of ordering. We operate Monday–Friday 6:00–20:00, Saturday 6:00–16:00. Same-day delivery requires orders placed before 10:00 AM. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, adverse weather or force majeure events.
6. Product Quality
All ice is produced in a HACCP-certified facility and packaged in food-grade sealed bags. It is the client's responsibility to store ice correctly after delivery. We are not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage by the client.
7. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the agreed delivery window. Late cancellations may incur a handling fee of 20 PLN.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for consequential, indirect or special damages arising from delivery delays or product issues.
