Yes. Orders placed before 10:00 AM are typically delivered the same day within Warsaw. Outside Warsaw, same-day availability depends on your location — call to confirm.
Absolutely. Most of our clients use a fixed daily or weekly schedule. Once agreed, your order is dispatched automatically — no need to call every time. You can adjust volume anytime with 24 hours' notice.
Yes. A 5% discount applies from 20 bags per order. Contract clients (weekly delivery, monthly invoice) receive individually negotiated rates. Call us to discuss your volume.
All ice is produced in a HACCP-certified facility using multi-stage filtered water. It is packed in food-grade sealed PE bags immediately after production and transported in refrigerated vehicles. It fully complies with Polish and EU food safety standards.
